There are many ways to customize your trip and this page gives a brief view of some of them. Most options add a day or two. We can adjust your arrival day and length of trip to make any of these fit. Take a look and then when you visit with Dave, you can discuss these possibilities as you put your trip together. Keep in mind that Dave and his guides know the canyons inside out and we make the trip planning simple for you.

Basasiachic Falls—gigantic falls which is very seasonal

Batopilas- Historic silver mining area way at the bottom of the canyons. Takes two days.

Extra day in Creel.

Mexico City at the end of the trip.

Options for level of service on the train

Hotel options …we use lodges that are quality and where service is good and there is usually several options at each location.

Activities such as birdwatching, indigenous communities, hiking or running, horseback for day or multiday trips
